India  vs Australia 2nd Test Day 1 & 2 Preview and Analysis:

Australia is the best team in their home conditions and they have proved once again in recent Indian’s tour to Australia. After beating India in the first match with a handsome margin of 122 runs, the Kangaroos are going on fire in 2nd test again in Sydney.

Indian Skipper MS Dhoni after winning the Toss promptly decided to bat first but his decision didn’t went in his favor as the World best batting line was once again left shattered before Australia. Fast bowler Pattinson who picked up the four initial wickets of Indian batsmen was the pick of the day. Australian fast bowlers bowled like true champions bowlers despite not having much experience in the International cricket. Only Peter Siddle has played more international cricket and has also taken his 100th Wicket in this match. India made 191 runs in first day of 2nd test match and only Captain MS Dhoni showed some resistance and made unbeaten 57 runs while Tendulker made 41 runs. All wickets were taken by the Australian fast bowlers. Pattinson took 4 while Siddle and Hilfenhaus took 3 wickets each.

Australia too didn’t start well and lost three quick wickets only for thirty runs on the board. All were taken by Zaheer Khan but after that, former captain Ricky Ponting current skipper Michael Clark both played a marvelous innings and at last Ricky Ponting have completed his Test Century that came after two years.  Ponting made 134 runs and was dismissed by Ishant Sharma but Clark was still unbeaten on 252 runs and hit a maiden double century. Giving him company was Mr. Cricket Michael Hussey who is was on 54 not out. Australian scored 482 runs at the end of Day 2, taking lead by 291 runs.

India has almost lost the match because Australia has a big lead and they still have 6 wickets. So India has also lost the Golden opportunity to win the Test Series against Australia in Australia because India came into the series as a stronger team as compared with the Australia.
